A:The WIFI is released by the driving recorder chip, so it does not support remote control or connection to the Internet. If you need to connect to WIFI, you need to start the car and power

Q:If I place an order for the front camera host package now, can I purchase the rear camera separately later?

A:No, these are two distinct camera sets and cannot be mixed. If you decide to add the rear camera later, you’ll need to purchase it separately.

Q:Can a mobile phone be connected to CarPlay and the camera’s WiFi at the same time?

A:No, it’s not possible for a mobile phone to be connected to both CarPlay and the dash cam’s WiFi simultaneously. However, the camera automatically records when the car starts, eliminating
the need for constant WiFi connection.

Q:Why is the preview screen of the camera not clear when viewed through the app?

A:The image quality of the app’s preview screen is deliberately compressed for smoother performance. To view the original high-quality video, access the recorded files through the app’s “Camera
File” feature.

Q:Does the car have a parking monitoring function?

The dash cam has a total of 4 connection methods for obtaining power, OBD/ACC/USB/Plug&Play.

The power obtained by OBD and ACC is constant power, so these two methods can support parking monitoring.

With a driving recorder connected through ACC/OBD, why can’t I see the parking surveillance video after the car is parked?

After connecting through the above two methods, you still need to turn on the parking monitoring function in the APP. The specific method is: connect the APP>click the real-time recording screen>Settings>find the parking recording switch and
turn it on. Parking monitoring is available for 12/24/48 hours.
